**Organization Summary**:The REACH Project (REACH) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that addresses the challenges facing low
- income service workers, primarily but not exclusively, Texas A&M contract workers while simultaneously providing university students high-impact service opportunities (HISOs) that build professional skills and personal development. REACH offers integrated programs and services focusing on financial stability, entrepreneurship, homeownership, health and wellness, education and community development. REACH’s vision is to create transformative campus communities where multigenerational poverty no longer exists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, refine, and report regularly on communication, case management and other tracking documents for participants in all REACH Programs.
- Facilitates participant access to and engagement with community partners, serving as a client advocate and a navigator for community resources.
- Attend REACH programs and assist with tracking attendance, engagement with families, and representation REACH to the program participants.
- Assist the HNEM and Entrepreneurship Program Manager (EPM) with organizing program participant intake and attendance data.
- Work with the HNEM, EPM, and volunteers to ensure successful family-student/volunteer interactions and provide general support to the HNEM and EPM as needed.
- Identify and share with REACH team/leadership opportunities for improvement and best practices in REACH’s communication efforts with program participants.
- All other duties as assigned, including representation of REACH at select community events.

**Qualifications**:

- Personable, approachable, respectful, resilient, and collaborative.
- At least two years experience of case management, coaching and/or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate — verbally, orally and in writing — clearly and effectively with people from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of modern office methods, procedures, and software, including data entry and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience working in case management software or Customer Relationship Platforms (CRM) a plus.
- Ability to prepare, build, and maintain reports in Excel, Word, and CRM.
- Self-starter who possesses a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Works well both independently and in a team environment.
- Spanish speaking a plus

**Salary****:

- **$16/hour, part-time (25-30 hours per week), moving to full-time in October 2024
