**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
