Hi there We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to run our front desk operations part-time at our Medspa in Sykesville, MD

Job Summary:
The MedSpa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the medspa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally assists with transitional cleaning of client rooms and other various duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
- Must be a team player.

Hours:

- Monday & Wednesday 10am-5pm
- Saturdays 9am-2pm

Work Remotely

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
