**Job Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certified
- Benefit 1 year customer service experience

- Must be savvy with computer, phone, software, and internet
- Assist the Therapists with taking patients through exercise program
- Multi-tasking: cleaning, restocking, checking inventory
- Team player responsibilities including:

- Represent the company on the floor and at the front desk
- Assisting and filling in for the front desk as needed
- Comfortable talking to doctor’s offices, patients, and family members
- Faxing, answering phones, scheduling, patient logging, collecting payments
- Data entry
- Special Projects as Assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication English (Spanish plus)

- Our staff has a combined 30+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
- We specialize in orthopedics, pre-post surgery, autoimmunes, balance, spine, sports, vertigo, women’s health and more.
- Our patients' ages range from 8 yo to 100 yo and all visits are at least 45 mins to 1 hour.
- We are one-on-one with the patients, for excellent outcomes and do have double bookings with an aide present to assist.
