**Responsibilities**

Our CNC machinists are expected to go beyond the usual set up and operation duties. You should also be able to:

- Read & understand G & M Codes, then offer a more efficient way to increase productivity on the machine
- Operate all tasks required on multiple machines, including first article inspections
- Review blueprints / Set up sheets and adjust to make the first part, and every part, the right part

Minimum qualifications include:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related CNC operation experience
- Ability to read blueprints

This is a full time, long-term position that includes a generous, comprehensive benefits package.

**Compensation negotiable based on proven skill set/experience.**
