Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a part time Front Desk Agent for Park Royal Orlando. This is Friday-Sunday only. This individual must have open availability and can work evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities include
- Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
- Book reservations for guests and owner, process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc.
- Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
- Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay. Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping.
- Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities.
- **Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks**:

- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits

This individual must be available to work all holidays and weekends.
