Our Global Security function provides services to TikTok's US market using four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. We are seeking an Incident Manager to join our Global Security Threat and Incident Management Team. The Incident Manager will be responsible for coordinating cyber incidents and will engage several internet departments including Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Communications, as well as other teams. The Incident Manager will also be working with global teams to track remediation of issues output from said incidents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operationalize incident management plans, technology, capabilities, and services
- Lead incident response teams during cross-entity incidents
- Advise, guide, and direct regional security operation leadership and stakeholders on incident management strategy and execution
- Support metrics and reporting for incident data

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to communicate clearly at all leadership levels.
- Ownership with exceptional bias for action; self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure to solve problems and meet objectives.
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity, making thoughtful and sound judgments during tense situations.
- Flexible to work in support of security and privacy operations with on-call work during an incident.
- Some travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Security/Cyber Incident Response Management
- 4 years experience in security incident management, security operations, crisis planning and/or preparedness exercises.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199800 - $374400 annually.
