**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Content Protection team to understand requirements and implement effective security measures.
- Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and integration of APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
- User Research - Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze testing results and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Develop visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of designs across multiple touch points

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of non-internship experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in Python3, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), including designing and managing databases.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for front-end development.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Retool front-end software for rapid UI prototyping.
- Experience using Jira for project tracking.
- Data science experience and its methodologies.
- Knowledge of web scraping/crawler technologies, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control.
- Experience with Bash scripting in Linux environments.
- Exposure to cloud services (primarily AWS, and Azure, Google Cloud experience are nice to haves) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
- Understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON, Excel) and their manipulation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
