**Qualifications**:

- All applicants must have a clear understanding of an emergent curriculum and a blended approach as well as the ability to work collaboratively.
- Floaters must be open to working with all ages within our programming, genuinely resonate with our unique philosophy, and have an eagerness to grow within our school.

**Requirements**:

- 12 ECE units (B.A. or B.S. preferred).
- 1 year of classroom teaching experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.

**Compensation**: Salary is based on experience and education.

**Benefits include**:Health Benefits, paid holidays, and sick leave after 60 days of service. 401K option after 12 months of service.
