- Solid computer skills and desire to learn and implement cutting-edge technologies.

**Duties**:

- Oversee a variety of bankruptcy and litigation matters.
- Work closely with senior counsel to analyze legal issues and develop case strategy.
- Communicate with clients regarding status and strategy of various case matters.
- Oversee accurate completion of bankruptcy schedules and related documents.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, discovery documents, and proposed orders.
- Appear for hearings and status conferences and advocate for clients.
- Communicate with opposing counsel and other parties regarding various matters.
- Manage staff to ensure completion of various tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

- Monday to Friday
