All About You:
*Please note, that this position will require repeated heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding 70+ pounds.*

What You'll Do:

- Process all deliveries to include the loading and unloading of trucks, correct placement of material within the warehouse, and detailed order fulfillment
- Employ routine maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse to ensure exceptional operational capacity
- Establish strong relationships with customers to allow for open communication, problem-solving and resolution of any issues
- Oversee logistics, deliveries, and receipt of orders to ensure proper and correct fulfillment
- Occasionally assist with customer service, sales transactions, and order processing inside the Counter Sales Area, when needed

What We're Looking For:

- Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Highly organized, self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
- Focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve
- Proficiency to multi-task in an effort to complete all duties in a timely and productive manner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience is required
- Must be able to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Familiar with the use of fork lifts, pallet jacks and other warehousing devices
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
