**Human Resources Technician - $22.02/Hr**

**Closing Date: 05/20/2024**

**PT 24 Hr/wk** Assists in the day-to-day operations of supporting the Human Resources department and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Responsibilities include maintaining employee confidential files, working independently while following through on
tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail and a high level of organization. Tracks employee injuries for the OSHA log, follows up with HR compliance daily tracking, assists in planning HR sponsored events, performs file audits, updates, and tracks employee changes.

**Hours**:Mon - Fri, First Shift Flexible

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Files payroll and personnel file information in appropriate employee files
- Assists in file audits: for I-9’s and personnel charts
- Tracks employee injuries for the OSHA log, and follows up with HR compliance daily tracking
- Updates Performance Pro with employee changes and appraisal dates
- Assist in tracking, filing, and following up on missing personnel file information
- Updates Agency per diem and part-time fill in list
- Terms employees from various programs upon leave of employment
- Prepares HR p-card reconciliation
- Maintains OSHA log spreadsheet information for Annual 300 summary and online reporting
- Assists in monthly project list
- Assists in planning HR sponsored events
- Maintains employee confidentiality at all times
- Engages in continuous, concerted efforts to access, obtain, respond to pertinent agency information/communications and disseminate as appropriate
- Other responsibilities of Reliance Health staff, such as participation in Agency events, adhering to Agency training requirements, policies, and procedures, etc.
- Provides working conditions that maximize safety for co-workers and members
- Other job-related duties as assigned
- Performs duties while demonstrating Agency Core Competencies and Values

**Education and Experience**:

- Associate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid CT Driver’s License, vehicle registration and insurance
- Good driving record
