- Competitive salary based on performance driving student outcomes. Starting salary is $80,000.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Art education or an art-related field of study with a minimum grade point average of 2.50 overall.
- Strong understanding of and experience in graphic design (preferred) and/or visual arts.
- Experience working with middle or high school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting.
