**The Village at Gleannloch Farms **is recruiting for **Full-Time **a hospitality focused **Floor Technician **to join our team

**Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Floor Technician**:

- Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity.
- Strip wax from floors.
- Buff floors.
- Maintain floor equipment.
- Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Clean all trash rooms.
- Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings.
- Performs general housekeeping duties, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
- Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

**Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of one year experience working in apartment/rental or healthcare environment preferred

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
