**Position Description**
- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data in ERP system (Vista) for both contract, and T&M services.
- Manage AR customer file to ensure customers are set up properly in ERP system and assign appropriate sales tax code.
- Reconcile customer accounts and aging by following up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Monitor customers credit worthiness.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisor.

**Position Requirements**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in office setting. Accounts Receivable or accounting related experience a plus
- Experience in Manufacturing or Construction industry a plus
- Competency in Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP software helpful
- Ability to organize tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidentiality and professional integrity
- Communication skills and vendor relationship skills
- Problem solving skills
