We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team at our Deerfield Beach office. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our Medicare insurance agency. Your primary duties will include generating leads, creating content, managing and updating website content, analyzing and reporting on campaign data, and partnering with our team to drive marketing efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversions
- Create content, collaborate with others, and use research to contribute to the digital marketing strategy
- Manage and update all website content - directly or through agency partners
- Support the digital marketing content calendar through scheduling and execution
- Analyze and report digital campaign data to optimize its use for current and future campaigns
- Gather and effectively use all information about our market - demographics, trends, and build this info into effective digital marketing campaigns
- Partner with others effectively in a true 'team' environment - collaborating, sharing ideas, challenging norms, and offering/receiving constructive feedback on the most effective path to marketing our product line
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and how they are applied effectively
- Proven experience campaigning for leads using Facebook, Google, and Bing
- Proficient in Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and other marketing platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance metrics
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Google Ads certification
- Experience in the insurance industry or related field
- Familiarity with Medicare insurance products, services, and health insurance marketing
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
