**Responsibilities** (including but not limited to)**:
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for new and existing products and programs.
- Create campaign assets including templates, content, segmentation, and database management.
- Drive multi-channel traffic and sales while maintaining the connection between customers and ONE's programs, products, and services.
- Support key marketing operation initiatives, such as lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and data integrity.
- Align initiatives with ONE's strategic marketing growth areas to acquire new customers, increase customer engagement, deliver on brand promise, and drive sales.
- Develop and ensure multi-channel integrated campaigns and attribute revenue to assigned campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Plan, execute and optimize integrated digital campaigns and initiatives through marketing automation software.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, techniques, and processes.
- Partner with the analytics and insight teams to design, forecast, test, implement, report, measure, and evolve lifecycle marketing programs.
- Create, implement, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business (preferred but not required).
- 4-6 years of related experience in customer, loyalty or marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing, or business strategy within a fast-paced multi-channel organization.
- Experience working with marketing automation platform(s) required, Hubspot preferred but not required.
- Experience in developing lifecycle marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with cross-divisional partner teams and outside resources.
- Experience working with content and creative teams, including design and copywriting functions.
- Experience in travel industry preferred, but not required.
- Experience leveraging data to inform business decisions.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Innovative thinking, and sound judgment in solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
