We are looking for an analyst to join the Americas equities structuring team

**Job Summary**:
As derivatives structuring analyst within equities, you will join a dynamic team focused on developing new and innovative equity derivatives and structured investments, including developing new indices on which to offer these products. You will be involved in the ideation, pricing and origination of new delta1 products and equity indices for our Americas institutional investor, hedge fund and asset-owner client bases. This will involve all aspects of index development including data analysis, investment strategy research, documentation, implementation and marketing of the strategies. Additionally, the role will involve the development of new market access products, including analysis, pricing, documentation and marketing. You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quants, Research, Legal as well as other members of the Structuring team.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Experience in a structuring, trading and/or quant role
- Proven data analysis skills (Python coding experience preferred)
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to partner with a broad range of people
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relentless attention to detail
