**Minimum Requirements**:
- Associate’s degree minimum required
- 2+ years working in a client service environment, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong technology skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Securities Industry license and/or PA health & life insurance license preferred, or willing to obtain
**Responsibilities**:
This Client Services Associate will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help the advisor prepare for and follow-up on appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
- Record notes from every client conversation in the CRM
- Create and update appropriate client file for each account
- Complete and process account servicing paperwork
- Update records to reflect account service or new business status
**Salary**:
- $40,000-$50,000, based on experience
