From Printing and Packing to Shipping and Faxing, we do it all. We are professional, organized, customer-centric, and determined to help our customers be unstoppable.

*Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a smile and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Become knowledgable on all products and services we offer. (i.e. Shipping, Printing, Packaging, Faxing, & Mailbox Services)
- Operate Printers/Copiers, Fax Machines, POS machines, and become knowledgeable on how to assist customers with using retail machines as well.
- Pack items for Shipping using established and reliable methods and products.
- Assist in maintaining stock of merchandise on display shelves.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
- Receive and Sort mail and packages for Mailbox holders and Access Point customers.
- Perform End-of-Day duties, open/closing procedures
- Perform other duties and tasks related to the job.

*Requirements & Prefrences:

- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Well-Rounded knowledge on how to operate different types of technology and operating systems
- Ability to comfortably and regulary lift/carry 40+ lbs
- Able to stand for the majority of your shift
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Available to work Saturday's

Our team is very laid back and easy to get along with while also being efficient and knowledgeable.

We are open Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 6:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 3:00PM. We are closed on Sunday's, so you always have a garunteed day off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
