**Responsibilities**
Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. These Values include Dignity Collaboration Justice Stewardship and Excellence. The instrument technician assists the nursing staff on a daily basis by processing
- from decontamination to sterilization
- surgical instruments; the technician also makes certain that all necessary instruments are available when needed by the clinical staff for surgical cases.
**Qualifications** Experience**
Must have at least one year of recent experience as an operating room technician surgical attendant anesthesia technician or central processing technician.
**Education**
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
**Certification**
Must have American Heart Association BLS certification.
Certification as a Central Processing Technician or Surgical Technologist required (CT SPT)
**Pay Range**
$33.42 - $38.10 /hour
