**What you’ll do**:
We are looking for a Service Advisor to assist the in the growth of Glenview location. A Service advisor is a key person in our organization, creating relationships and building trust with clear and honest communication. We are looking for a someone who is committed to advanced learning, a safe work environment, and team oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet every customer with a smile and the utmost respect
- Coordinate, direct, and perform customer service activities
- Assess client automotive repairs and communicate with honesty and integrity
- Maintain a positive attitude and exemplify qualities of a supportive teammate at all times
- Professional, relational phone skills
- Assign vehicle repair and maintenance work accordance with shop and factory standards according to technician skill level and certification
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure positive team performance

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in automotive service sales or other sales field
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
- Willingness to work in a mechanical shop environment with moderate to loud noise level
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
