Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels ensuring that perpetual inventory records are accurate.
- Oversee the receipt, storage and inventory movement and related inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure only inventory that meets product specifications and quality requirements are received into inventory.
- Develop, implement and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs.
- Ensure the inventory warehouse and storage areas are safe, clean, and well organized to facilitate efficient movement and tracking of inventory.
- Accurately record and document inventory data, review inventory records and transactions for accuracy.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the inventory staff.
- Prepare and submit reports to purchasing and management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills, Requirements and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of previous experience as an Inventory Supervisor or related position and experience.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
- Team development, effective management, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
