The Opportunity:
**Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager**
- ** Strategic Campaign Development**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reinforcing thought leadership and driving revenue.
- ** Audience Segmentation and Personalization**:

- Utilize predictive analytics to create responsive audience segments based on buyer intent.
- Ensure dynamic content creation tailored to specific audience personas.
- ** Campaign Optimization and Analysis**:

- Conduct Conversion Rate Optimization to improve campaign elements, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement rates and conversion rates.
- Regularly audit lead scoring criteria based on data analysis.
- Provide ongoing content performance analysis based on pipeline influence and generation.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement to both the Marketing and Rev Ops teams.
- ** Website Maintenance**:

- Support and update website pages, including new blogs, resource content, and all landing pages
- Ensure SEO best practices throughout site, include image alt tag and meta description updates.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

- Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred.
