Key responsibilities include:
- Learning to act as a marketing representative for assigned agencies, and will make decisions in accordance with risk selection and pricing parameters based on authority level.
- Managing and maintaining all agency relationships and business goals in the assigned territory.
- Making recommendations for agent appointments and terminations.
- Assisting with marketing, training, and deploying FCCI products and services.

**Experience**: Required
- Bachelors degree; NOTE: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
- Two or more years of commercial, multi-line, P&C marketing and underwriting experience
- Solid working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, underwriting, and pricing.
- Solid knowledge of the organization and its products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred
- Industry designations, such as CIC, CPCU or other designations that relate to the insurance industry preferred
