**Responsibilities**:

- Enter supplier data in supplier databases
- Maintain database by entering new and updated supplier and account information
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Establish entry priorities
- Process supplier and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Maintain database accuracy through reporting
- Work with finance and treasury teams on data validation
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from various individuals, groups, and managers

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry and analysis
- Excel experience
- Ability to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management
- Ability to manage data and transactions accurately in several different programs
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Friendly and timely customer relation skills
- Exhibits a high level of integrity
- Possesses a can-do and positive approach to work

**Preferred Skills**:

- SAP experience

**Education**:

- BS/BA preferred, but experience will be considered

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
