- Maintain medical records accurately and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff
- Assist with medical scheduling, including coordinating tests and procedures for patients
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth operations and patient flow
- Handle patient check-ins, verify insurance information, and collect co-payments

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, providers, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous
