Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a part-time opportunity for 20 hours for 3 days in a week - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Answer phone calls, make appointments and show apartments to prospective tenants.
- Support front desk operations and greet guests in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a real estate office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of office procedures and office equipment operation
- Familiarity with Ms-Office, Adobe Pro and Rent Manager is advantageous
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.67 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
