**Functional Analyst - UKG Advanced Scheduling - Business Applications**

This position serves on a team of UKG experts working on the **implementation and post go-live support of the UKG PRO Workforce Management software**.

During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of 800+ Nursing departments and 200 Non-Nursing Departments, pay rules, work rules and other system configuration.

Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the new timekeeping/absence and scheduling software.

This role will also provide internal customers (Nursing/Payroll) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**

**A Baccalaureate Degree** from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study**; and Five (5) years** - **OR -** A satisfactory equivalent **(~9 yrs)** combination of training, education and experience.

**Department Preferences**
- **Knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduling System**
- **Successfully completed and/or involved in at least one full life-cycle UKG implementation and/or upgrade.**
- Previous experience interfacing UKG to PeopleSoft/Epic/Point Click Care is a plus.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HR is a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
