We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team & can work in restaurants. You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in working for a Human Resources Department, minimum of 5 years
- Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Experience in Payroll (Time -punches, etc.)
- Ability to learn operation & EcoSure audits.

Qualifications:

- Able to conduct Employee Orientation and other Onboarding functions.
- Experience in Interviewing Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain personnel files
- Flexible schedule and willing to learn
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.00 - 40.00 per week
