**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department within the Perioperative Department.
- You will assess the instrument and equipment needs for the surgical cases and orchestrates the processing surgical instruments, through availability and delivery to the operating rooms.
- You will assume 24 hour accountability of department.
- You will provide clinical support to the Sterile Processing and Surgical Services staff.

**What qualifications you will need**:

- Certification in Central Processing Required (CRST)
- Graduate of a formal Sterile Processing Technology Program required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 3 years of Sterile Processing experience in a Supervisor and/or Manager role is required.
