This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce customizations and enhancements, including those involving Conga solutions.
- Assist in the development of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, declarative customization tools, Conga Composer, and Conga Batch for document generation and Conga Workflow for process automation.
- Support data migration, integration, and deployment activities within the Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Working in conjunction with the development team on systems configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create and own platform roadmaps and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Work with Data Team to improve data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- User support tickets.
- Monitor and improve user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications and Background**:

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 4+ years of Salesforce Developer hands-on experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, Conga Composer, Conga Batch and Conga Workflow.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL or SOQL, Apex, Javascript, API’s, WordPress, HTML/CSS.
- 2+ years of previous proven project management experience.
- Strong familiarity with agile SDLC and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as be an independent self-starter.
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.

**Desirable**:

- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Product Management, IT, Computer Science, or related degree.
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Platform App Builder.
- Active in software development communities.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**:
This position will be a remote role and will be required to participate in regular technically induced meetings with leadership and staff. Employee is required to have a home office. Free of distractions and has a quiet environment.

**Physical Demands**:
