**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting
- Budgeting
- Staffing/ training
- Sales projections
- Customer meetings
- Profitability analysis
- Inventory management
- Conduct annual reviews
- Coach and motivate Salesforce
- Machine Demonstrations
- Assist customer buying decisions
- Work as a nationwide sales team
- Provide product and technical advice
- Learn new products and industry trends
- Educate customers through product demonstrations
- Attend product and industry seminars/ training events
- Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base
- Assist sales representatives in establishing and qualifying new leads
- Utilize resources such as marketing materials and vendor relationships
- Develop professional customer relationships (in person and over the phone)

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Recent management experience (5 or more people)
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
