**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Update and manage inventory records using our inventory management system.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and process inventory-related documents, including purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in inventory levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Support the logistics team in various tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.50 - $23.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
