**Responsibilities Include**:
- Welcoming and checking in customers
- Providing information and assistance to guests
- Selling gift certificates and merchandise
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Resetting rooms after gameplay and minor prop repairs
- Monitoring and guiding guests through their experience
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow procedures and learn new software quickly
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and using handheld tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
**Shift Availability**:
- Approximately 20-31 hours per week
- Must be available Saturdays (our busiest day) and able to fill in on other days
We staff the following hours:
- Thursday: 11:45am - 9:30pm (busier after 3pm)
- Friday: 11:45am - 9:30pm (busier after 3pm)
- *Saturday: 10:30am - 9:30pm (busiest day)
- Sunday: 10:30am - 7:30pm
**IMPORTANT: we are closed to the public Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays and are not offering any hours on those days**
**Essential Job Duties**:
- Opening and closing zones
- Room maintenance and communication of repairs
- Daily operations management
- Group management and customer service
- Merchandise sales and inventory management
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
