- As a Spanish Bilingual Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. This dynamic position is designed to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students not only develop academically but also embrace cultural diversity and bilingualism.**Essential Skills and Responsibilities**:
- Bilingual Instruction: Deliver engaging and culturally responsive bilingual instruction, ensuring that language development is promoted for both English and Spanish-speaking students.-
- Differentiated Instruction: Implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, recognizing and accommodating different learning styles and abilities.-
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect. Effectively manage behavior using proactive and constructive approaches.-
- Curriculum Development: Design and adapt curriculum materials to align with language acquisition goals and state standards, integrating the latest educational research and methodologies.-

- Knowledge of and ability to implement the RtI process and tiered instruction and interventions.-
- Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary for hiring.-
- Experience in middle school is preferred.
