- As a Spanish Bilingual Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. - Bilingual Instruction: Deliver engaging and culturally responsive bilingual instruction, ensuring that language development is promoted for both English and Spanish-speaking students.-
- Differentiated Instruction: Implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, recognizing and accommodating different learning styles and abilities.-
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect. Effectively manage behavior using proactive and constructive approaches.-
- Curriculum Development: Design and adapt curriculum materials to align with language acquisition goals and state standards, integrating the latest educational research and methodologies.-
- Assessment and Feedback: Utilize formative and summative assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback. Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions and adapt teaching methods accordingly.-

- Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary for hiring.-
- Experience in middle school is preferred.
