Our goal is to make Applied Behavior Analysis fit the person and family by providing research-based and socially valid recommendations and always practicing with high ethical and professional standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to children with autism
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize medical terminology in documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Strong understanding of medical records management
- Ability to provide patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy for children
- Understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
