**Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist**

**Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities**:

- Heavy data collection entry including ACH, TT, electronic checks, credit card and cash
- Manage the collection efforts/calls for A/R accounts for upwards to 750 accounts, by using excellent customer service, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Research and analyze A/R reports, and resolve disputes and discrepancies by communicating with the sales team, customer service team and customers
- Create credit and debit memos
- Release orders based on customer's portfolio (past due, credit limits, etc.)
- Perform month-end closing

**Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years related working experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry MS Office Suite and other accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizes multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Work independently but also in a team environment
