**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Organizational Oversight:

- Guide and support Regional Operations Managers in aligning their objectives with the company’s mission and values.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and development, keeping the focus on personal and professional growth.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee and ensure adherence to SOPs across all regions.
- Facilitate operational streamlining efforts that increase efficiency and improve client service quality.

Client Relations:

- Serve as the senior point of contact for all clients, building relationships and ensuring continued satisfaction and trust.
- Work closely with Regional Operations Managers to identify and capitalize on opportunities for client relationship improvement and expansion.

Financial Management:

- Oversee budget planning and financial reporting for all regions, working closely with the finance department.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance metrics to maintain the highest level of service.
- Continuously review performance reports and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Director to ensure compliance in all requirements to meet ARDENT standards.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at achieving long-term operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align operational goals with company-wide objectives.

Logistics:

- Ensure that all regions maintain adequate equipment and uniform inventory and that vehicle maintenance schedules are strictly followed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security and protection services, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing multiple regions or departments.
- Proven track record of leadership, with an emphasis on team engagement, mentorship, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
