**Title: RN - Home Health (Travel)**
**Duration: 13 weeks with extensions**
**Locations: Saco, Maine**
**Pay range
- $75/hr. to $80/hr.**
**Shift: Day Shift - 8:30 AM - 5 PM 8-hour shift**
**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Provide education to patients and families on managing illnesses
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
**Qualifications**:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or related settings
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Experience in dementia care, internal medicine, primary care, and discharge planning
- Strong understanding of nursing standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
