**Responsibilities**:
**Bather**:

- Bathe, prep, and fluff dogs for grooming appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bathing area.
- Handle dogs with care and ensure their comfort and safety during the bathing process.
- Identify and report any health or behavioral issues to the senior groomer.

**Handler**:

- Supervise and interact with dogs in the daycare area.
- Monitor dog behavior and play to ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Provide basic care, including feeding, watering, and cleaning up after the dogs.
- Assist in training sessions and activities to stimulate dogs mentally and physically.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the daycare supervisors.

**Front Desk**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and handle check-ins/check-outs.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide information about our services.
- Manage invoices, process payments, and handle administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate records of pet information, vaccination records, and client details.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have professional experience in a similar role (owning a dog does not count).
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
- Mature, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
