**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to make sure there are good communication and pass-downs for each shift.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions, and entertainment programs
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Security Supervisor management or a similar role is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to make quick decisions under pressure
