Majestic Dental is a vibrant and modern private dental practice committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients can achieve optimal oral health and confidence in their smiles.

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and financial obligations in a clear and concise matter.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients.
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and providers.
- Assist patients with insurance claims and financial arrangements, including explaining benefits and payment plans.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any patient concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Provide support in team management and coordination of office activities.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of front desk dental experience is required
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
- Prior experience in treatment coordinating
- Proficiency in using dental software, preferably Open Dental
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
