**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including scheduling and event planning.
- Passionate about customer service and experience.
- Creative mindset with a knack for social media and marketing.
- Enthusiasm for crafting, particularly slime making, is a plus.
