Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices
- Communicate effectively with team members & vendors
- Manage phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- You will be required to do payroll on Quickbooks weekly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
