**Responsibilities**:Â
- Provides Learning and Development support for specific initiatives and programs such as onboarding, product knowledge, compliance, leadership development, and apprentice programs for our offices, facilities, and store locations. Â
- Works with assigned content categories and teams on the full range of Learning and Development functions, including: Â
- Conducting market visits to determine knowledge gaps, collect feedback, and gather data. Â
- Writing, editing, and designing a wide range of learning experiences using a variety of media. Â
- Collaborating on learning program implementation and sustainability solutions. Â
- Preparing and distributing training content, such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, visual aids, reports, etc. Â
- Facilitating training, in-person and virtually. Â
- Evaluating learning outcomes and recommending improvement strategies and tactics. Â
