Kidsborough is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide ABA services in our inclusion after-school programs This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who thrives on targeting adaptive skills in a real-world environment in an after-school setting in Lexington and Winchester, MA.

**Unique Elements**:

- Opportunity to have multiple clients on your caseload at one location. Limited travel in between clients.
- ABA program is BCBA-led with opportunities for continued growth.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with adjustable hours and location, including a telehealth option for the parent training component. There is an on-site need for direct supervision of RBTs.
- ABA software for data collection, session notes, and scheduling.
- Teach skills in a natural setting with peer models.
- Collaborate with a team of on-site BCBAs and RBTs. In addition, this role requires collaboration with the afterschool program team (Site Director, afterschool staff).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct (re)assessments & update treatment plans every 6 months.
- Develop and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
- Focus on enhancing adaptive life skills.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring the effective implementation and documentation of ABA programming & Behavior Support Plans.

**Schedule**:

- Based on client need and caseload.
- Typical supervision hours available:

- Monday through Thursday: 2-6 pm
- Friday: 12-6pm
- At least 2 afternoons on-site per week for RBT supervision required for hire.
- Parent training hours will be scheduled based on mutual availability of the BCBA and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field (required)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB (BCBA required)
- Licensed in the state of MA as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA required)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
- Experience or interest providing ABA services in a community setting (required)
- CAQH Provider Data Portal ID (preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communications, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, use stairs, and get up and down from the floor with ease.
- Stamina to stand or sit for extended periods.
- The job will be physically demanding at times.
