**Location**: Leominster MA in a Manufacturing Facility

**Pay**: $26-$32/hr DOE

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment within our facility. This role involves conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, including but not limited to Motors, Vacuum Systems, Hydraulic systems, and Pneumatic systems, High Temp Ovens, and Water filtration.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Repair Work: Execute repairs on malfunctioning equipment, replacing defective parts, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functionality to minimize production disruptions.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and prolong lifespan, including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant documentation tools.

**Qualification and Skills/Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- 3-5 Years maintenance mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, vacuum systems, and PLC systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in equipment diagnostics and repairs.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and techniques to minimize downtime and extend equipment
