**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Administrator with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing detailed sales processes. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team, ensuring operational precision, and enhancing customer service delivery.
**Core Responsibilities**:

Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and maintain meticulous sales documentation.

Monitor invoices and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
What We’re Looking For:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years in construction sales administration and customer service.
