About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven individual to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships team. As a Partner Account Executive, you will help drive significant revenue growth by skillful engagement, execution, and strategic planning within our partner portfolio. We are looking for a proactive, consultant-minded team player who is ready to execute by leveraging our vast cyber safety product and service portfolio.

This position focuses on developing and growing lasting strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for directly engaging with partners, connecting with decision-makers, introducing the appropriate technology portfolio, and presenting a compelling value proposition, candidly exploring commercials, and crafting sensible GTM business models, negotiating business terms, monitoring reporting, and invoicing, and managing partner satisfaction as well as account growth. Necessarily, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing - both inside Gen and within the prospective partner companies.

What You Will Do in This Role:

- Manage assigned key accounts as well as identify and cultivate new business partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies for growing partner revenue.
- Build relationships with executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Manage and document pipeline opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and prepare sales forecasts and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance and legal) to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Communicate the value of partnerships to the management team and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Partner engagement plans, communication cadence and continuously monitor the performance of partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market shifts to identify opportunities for growth and innovations.

What You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and identifying high-value opportunities.
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on win-win business models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
